Section 94 Development Plans
Section 94 refers to developer contributions under section 94 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979. Section 94 enables Councils to require a contribution from developers towards the provision, extension or augmentation of public amenities and services that will, or are likely to be required as a consequence of development in the area, or that have been provided in anticipation of or to facilitate such development.
