Heritage Conservation Area

There are currently two Heritage Conservation Areas within the Port Stephens Local Government Area - Raymond Terrace (including Tipperary Hill) and Hinton.
Any proposed development within the Heritage Conservation Area must not impact on the heritage significance of the area. Development within the Raymond Terrace and Hinton Heritage Conservation Areas are governed by Clauses 55 to 61 of the Port Stephens Local Environmental Plan.
