Customer Satisfaction Survey 2009

Hunter Valley Research Foundation conducted a Customer Satisfaction Survey in September 2009 across the Port Stephens LGA

The Survey showed an increase in overall satisfaction with Council’s facilities and services, and a positive result for its customer services.

 

Outcomes from the Survey will contribute to Council’s future plans.
