All documents have been formatted in Adobe PDF software. To view or print them, please ensure that you have installed the latest Adobe Reader in order to view them.
How to save a PDF File to your PC To quickly open a large PDF File 'save it' to your hard drive and open it from that location instead of clicking on the hyperlink and opening it in the browser. If you use Microsoft Internet Explorer as your web browser:
Right Click on the link you wish to save
Select 'Save Target As...'
Save the file to your preferred directory If you use Netscape Navigator/Communicator as your web browser:
Right Click on the link you wish to save
Select 'Save Link As...'

Using Windows Explorer (or a similar program):
Find and open the directory/folder which contains the PDF file
'Double-click' (open) the PDF file
Using the File and Print menu commands, or the PDF print button , you can print your forms as required.
