To ensure the provision of physical access to the highest possible standard an essential consideration in all planning processes.
This provision has previously applied to works requiring a Development Application but will be extended to non DA work such as open spaces, repair and maintenance of Council assets etc.
Council values and respects the right of all people to conduct their daily life in a barrier free environment and to fully participate in the economic, social and cultural life of the Port Stephens community.
