Seniors programA program of activities that focus on the health, safety, and welfare of residents aged 55 years and over, is currently being scheduled and will be released in February 2010.
Seniors weekCouncil will be participating in a Seniors Week Program in 2010. Ageing Disability and Home Care, Department of Human Services NSW, determines the date for this event. Seniors Week will be held in March 2010.
Seniors support servicesSupport services are available to maintain you in your own home For many people, living in the comfort of their own home is an important part of their life. Yet living at home and maintaining independence is not always easy. People experiencing difficulty in carrying out household tasks or personal care, can be assisted by a range of government funded and voluntary service organisations.
